If you have any previous blood test or results, medication or supplements, bring them along with you.

Please fast for 2-3 hours prior appointment, hydrate well with water if you are having Live Blood Analysis Testing & empty bladder before arrival.

Benjamin will only accept cash or Visa Masatercard Gift vouchers for consultation payments, in-store purchases and order collections. This change is due to the rising bank fees and charges. You can purchase Gift Cards from most shop outlets. Direct depsits are being removed in the near future.

Only 2 Changes of appointments are available, if you change your appointment times and date more than twice the system removes the booking. You will need to re-book online as a follow up.

I give full permission for Benjamin McAvoy to communicate to my GP / Specialist if needed.
If I have the (Covid) AKA the Flu and then SMS or Call to cancel my appointment on the day of my appointment the standard consultation fee will be charged to me and I agree to pay the amount.
I agree when booking, Benjamin does not refund paid bookings if cancellation is required. Rescheduling to another date is only offered. Office location - Maitland NSW Australia.
I agree and give Benjamin McAvoy permission to charge my card if I do not attend / Show up for my Follow up appointments. This fee is a standard follow up consultation fee and a valid credit card is required with funds attached to the card for payment. ** If you fail to provide a card that Benjamin needs to charge you "With credit on it" you agree to pay the invoice that Benjamin issues to you for the full amount and paid within 24 hours. Monthly fees charge for late payments on ALL invoices.
Anyone under the age of 21 will require a responsible adult with good communication skills to attend the appointment with them.
Note, you will receive a 5 Day, 3 day and 2 day reminder email and one SMS in reference to your up and coming appointment, so no excuses not to show up.
Anyone who reschedules an appointment 6 weeks or more from your next scheduled appointment will automatically be deleted. You will need to head online and re-book.

If you have been to see Benjamin and you are really interested in looking after your health, please do not reschedule your appointment more than 2 weeks from your follow up date given. If you reschedule your appointment 4 weeks or more from your follow up appointment, Benjamin will take it that you are not interested in continuing your health journey. You will have to re-book online.
When you book with Benjamin, you agree to join his once in a blue moon email information mail out.
When you agree to make an appointment, you also agree to fill in the " Address " section in FULL. This is an Insurance requirement. If you can not fill this in correctly, please do not book in. If you book in without filling this section in, your Money will be returned to you minus a refund fee of 50% as per terms and conditions stated on Benjamin's Website. If you are one of the people who think insurance is only fear driven and you refuse to enter your address, then I suggest you find a " Special" Naturopath living off grid on some other earth.
While naturopathy itself is not covered by health insurance in Australia, some of the many other services that are considered natural therapies are covered under some policies. Natural therapies that may be covered by health insurers can include remedial massage or myotherapy, acupuncture and Chinese medicine.

Remember, YOU alone with some small assistance can improve yourself. I am only helping you bridge that path between health and unhealthiness.

Keeping on the correct path requires some dedication and not laziness, continue with your routine, whether it is keeping fit, eating the correct foods, or taking products supplied daily. If you have a script from Benjamin, please continue this and not forget to take it.

Poor Health is easy to achieve, Great health can take some time to notice a difference. Normally the average scale is 10 years of unhealthiness takes 3-4 years to restore! 4 Years – 1 Year and 1 year 3-4 Months. So, when you think what you are doing is not working, please re-read the above lines.

Moving on from your consultation. If you have been taking your prescribed supplements from Benjamin, you will be likely to need a top up.

If you would like to move your appointment / reschedule then you can go to the email that was sent to you after your last consultation with Benjamin, head to the bottom of that email, and select the big blue button “Reschedule”

Please note that rescheduling is only available twice, the system will detect this automatically and cancel your appointment. If you do not have the will or strength to have great health, please don’t keep rescheduling all the time and wait until the system automatically cancels your appointment, please be a big person and text cancel my appointment to 0422 22 5151

Please note that Text messaging or calling about your health problems at any stage is not permitted. Please wait until your next consultation or make an appointment like you would do with any other health profession.

Please keep your health concerns until your next consultation, do not continuously bombard Benjamin with Phone calls and text messages or emails.

** If by any chance that you may unknowingly be allergic to herbs or natural products.. Please stop taking them and reintroduce one product at a time back into your routine until you establish which one may or may not be causing a reaction.
