Please read below some instructions in reference to your booking and appointment with me.

If you have any previous blood test or results, medication or supplements, bring them along with you.

Please fast for 3 hours prior appointment, hydrate well with water if you are having Live Blood Analysis Testing & empty bladder before arrival.

Please Note

1. Please Do not arrive Early. ( Benjamin maybe be delayed with unwell people)

2. Do not respond to this email. If you wish to Cancel your Appointment Please TEXT Benjamin on 0422225151 if you would like to reschedule your appointment, please head to the reminder or booking email that was sent to you, head to the bottom of that email and select reschedule.

3. Only 2 Changes of appointments are available, if you change your appointment times and date more than twice the system removes the booking. You will need to re-book online as a follow up.

4. 48 Hour Cancellation Notice or Full fee is payable.

5. Please note, that all pick ups or In-store purchases paid with cash or Visa Gift Voucher / card will receive a 10% discount - Discount does not apply otherwise
